The marketing of household appliances in general, and LG technologies in particular, has always been one of the pillars of Ramco’s business. The group is now the brand’s exclusive distributor in Togo. 

Symbolizing the strengthening of the partnership between the two companies, the first LG Shoppe by Ramco was inaugurated in July 2022. We now have three stores in the Tokoin, Caisse, Assivito and Adidogomé districts.

To this end, we have set up an after-sales service for LG customers in Togo, under the Care and Delight label. Our technical teams work to the Korean brand’s standards, regularly carrying out free service campaigns for LG customers.
